Introduction – Unemployment
Unemployment is the state of people where they’re deprived of work and income. Various factors are causing it. This is a traumatic situation when we sit back to analyse how the country, state and people are affected because of it.
Factors behind Unemployment
India is the third-largest economy in the world, but still, a section of its population is fighting with unemployment. They’re penniless, powerless, poor class of this $3 trillion economy state. Well, there’s a huge gap between the two classes, rich and poor, and that needs to be curbed, bridged.
- Lack of skills/Education
- Lack of industrial setups and suitability of the labours
Well if one analysis is critical, one would know this is a complete vicious cycle. One factor leads to another. Say, poverty leads to illiteracy, illiteracy leads to lack of skills, and that leads to unemployment which again leads to poverty. To escape this cycle would be to revolutionize systems and overcoming the hindrances that hierarchies of the society have come up with.
Overpopulation is one huge factor why there’s job crisis. The population is so huge, that even the skilled, educated class of people are fighting in the rat race to just fetch a job that pays back survival. Only the fittest can survive.
