A person without hobbies needs to speculate himself. All of us need to have some hobbies. Hobbies are the things we love to do. There are things we do because we’re supposed to, like passing out from school, college, etc, while hobbies are the things we all love to do. The activities we do for ourselves are hobbies. Someone’s hobby could be writing, singing, collecting coins, photography, travelling or anything. There’s no end to this list. We all love to do something or the other that defines us, distinguishes us, they’re hobbies.

My hobby- Reading
I like to do several things in my free time. Among many like singing and dancing, reading is my favourite hobby. I was a young girl when I first got to explore my father’s books collection, he loved reading too. He couldn’t read enough as he was busy with his office work, and when I was doing nothing I was looking for things to read from his bookshelf. The first book I read was Panchatantra though in later years I read various things. My favourite writers are Shobha De, Salman Rushdie, Arundhati Roy and Sadat Hasan Manto.

Reading helps me explore various other domains that I practically can’t. There are various genres, one can dive into any and as many as one wants. There’s this limitless sky of things that one can explore while indulging into the course of reading.
