Introduction

Cleanliness is not a job which we should do forcibly. It is a great habit and healthy way of our good life. All type of cleanliness is essential for our good health, whether it is personal cleanliness surrounding cleanliness, environment cleanliness, pet animal cleanliness workplace cleanliness (like school, college, office, etc.). We all should be very aware of how to maintain cleanliness in our daily lives. It is effortless to add cleanliness in our habit. We should never compromise with cleanliness.
Important as food and water for us. It should be effective from childhood which can only be begun by each parent as a first and leading responsibility.

The problem of Uncleanliness

People of India, in usual, are not aware of loss due to uncleanliness. Modiji pulled the attention of the people of India clean habits. It is a grand obstacle on the path of progress. We refuse anywhere on the roads, on public places like bus-stands, railway on hospitals, in buses and trains etc. This makes our surroundings dirty spreads diseases. Stray animals too spread dirtiness. This also creates an impression on foreigners. They laugh at us. Foreign tourists also avoid coming to India.

Cleanliness Ambition

Clean India Mission is a national drive by the Government of India, including 4041 statutory towns, to clean the streets, roads and foundation of the country. This drive was formally started on 2 October 2014 at Rajghat, New Delhi, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself cleaned the way. It is India’s biggest ever cleanliness drive and 3 million government representatives and school and college students of India participated in this event. The mission was started by Prime Minister Modi, who nominated nine famous personalities for the campaign, and they took up the challenge and chose nine more people and so on (like the branching of a tree). It has been carried forward since then with people from all walks of life following it.

Other Exercises

Modiji in a public meeting administered the pledge of cleanliness to many political workers, students and other people. He invited him to make cleanliness a habit. They should quit throwing refuse in public places like hotels, restaurants, parks etc.

Model of Cleanliness

Our country should be clear and clean like other developed countries. Our roads should be clear and clean. A programme of cleaning our rivers like the Ganga and Yamuna has also been begun. Our cities and villages should be standards. Our citizens have given their wholehearted support to this campaign.

Conclusion

Modiji desires that our country should become like other modernised countries. It should be a standard country in the world. It should repeatedly be a leader in the world. For this, we should wholeheartedly encourage the government. Especially our youth must come ahead and make our country great. We should keep our houses, surroundings, villages, cities and towns clean. They should look pretty and elegant in living.
